By entering this site you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use. The placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Making a Purchase

Add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will not pass your details to any third party. You will receive a confirmation of order email from us when you submit your order.


If the item you have chosen is unavailable we shall contact you via email. Customers will also be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. We will try to deliver goods within the times stated but some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.

We use Paypal and industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology via online Streamline for your online security

When will you be charged?

We will not debit your credit card until we notify you the items are ready for dispatch.


All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Kids ski wear age 8-10 is exempt from VAT.


Orders received by 12am on a weekday we aim to dispatch the same day or the following day. You will be notified by email once your goods have been dispatched. Orders received at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning. First Class Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail is £3.95. Express delivery that takes 1-2 working days is £7.95. Orders are sent first class recorded, so they can be tracked if they go missing. Please allow 3-5 working days. We will need a signature at your end. If you are not in when the parcel is delivered the courier will leave a note to advise how you can collect your parcel. You will be notified via e-mail once the item has been dispatched. Postage to Europe is £10 and to the rest of the world £15.

Returns Policy & Cancellation Rights

If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition with original tags and packaging within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. Please note return postage costs cannot be refunded. For a refund, fill in the returns form you received with your delivery and include it in the parcel with the item(s) that you are returning. Goods are returned to us at your own expense. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; so we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Money will be refunded once we have received the item. Send the parcel to: Turners, 7 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NG Local customers who have bought online may return their goods to our shop where a receipt will be provided. The refund will then be made through Paypal or Online Streamline. We are unable to refund goods bought online using Paypal or Online Streamline through the shop till. Any faulty products must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The item must be returned in its original packaging and a replacement, if available, will be sent to you as soon as possible. If a replacement cannot be made, a refund of the cost of the item, including postage will be made. All items must be cleaned in accordance with the manufacturers instructions in order to satisfy the terms of the manufacturers guarantee. We are not liable for any damage resulting from any failure to follow the instructions from the manufacturer. Items we receive that are not in perfect condition, or are not deemed faulty, will be returned to you, at your cost. International Returns. If you are returning goods to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains the returned goods. If you parcel is stopped in UK Customs and a charge is levied, we must refuse payment and the package will be returned to you.
